Created in collaboration between practitioners, high-achieving students, and student-athletes — READY is a space where young adults coach each other through the challenges that matter most, building courage, perseverance, and purpose along the way.
A Performance-Based, Peer-Led Community
READY is a performance-based, peer-led organization where teenagers and young adults (ages 15–25) can speak openly and honestly, share thoughts and feelings, and inspire each other to move forward together.
Through facilitator-led, guided conversations and peer support, members address limiting beliefs, negative self-talk, fears, and triggers. Members learn to take off their "masks," be authentic and empathetic, and together resolve issues related to school, sports, relationships, stress, college, and careers.
The results: greater clarity, confidence, resilience, and accountability to take specific action toward your goals.

The READY Process
Weekly 75-Minute Sessions
Facilitator-led virtual sessions every week. Consistent, structured, and designed to build on each other.
Small-Group Depth
Sessions start with 10–15 members then break into small groups of 3–5 for deeper, more personal discussion.
Between-Session Support
Ongoing accountability via GroupMe, text, or calls between sessions keeps your progress on track.
Peer-to-Peer Learning
You learn from peers facing the same challenges — not just from adults who 'know better.' Authenticity is the foundation.

No one is denied membership based on financial status. Every member who cannot afford the full fee pays whatever they can, and the remainder is covered by READY.
